I have reviewed the reports and have the following comments:
– Both contacts the colour band is incorrect. Could we see why this has occurred and how it has been fixed (for example 8D?). This should be included in attached documents.
– PVE-724-192-VA Data Sheet NR 19 – No results in table?
– PVE-724-192-VA Appendix 1 – Dimension C measurements – Several samples are noted at 1,72 against a minimum of 1,73 – Are these correct or typo’s?
– PVE-182-225-VA – Data Sheet NR 25 – It mentions there is no requirement for plating thickness is this not EN3155-001 Section 5.3? – Ni thickness for EN3155-015F2018 Sample 2 appears under min (1 against requirement of 1.25 min)? Perhaps I am missing a detail?
– PVE-182-225-VA Appendix 1 Group 1 07_01 Sample 4 – 0,18g against 0,17g max – is this correct or typo?
– Quality statement notes three issues one relates to packaging – Other two relate to conformance to product standard, missing holes and colour bands. How has this occurred and how has this been fixed? (i.e, 8D). This should be included in attached documents.
