please confirm where the non conformance was found (in house or by customer). do Decomatic understand why there was a non conformance. was this found during sampling and then then whole batch was examined.
the non conformance was detected at Gillis during the dye penetrant inspection before silver plating .
I have asked to a visual inspection of the full batch by DECOMATIC when the batch has been returned by GILLIS to DECOMATIC . There is no other defect in the batch ( see visual report included in “additionnal document”)
A root cause analysis is underway at DECOMATIC and should be achieved in the beginning of next week .
