Root cause analysis is ongoing.
When will we have the conslusion?
Hopefully, NDT and visual inspections were carried out on the entire batch.

Root cause analysis should be finalized early next week.
This qualification is approved from my side since NDT and visual inspections were carried out on the entire batch, so, no damaged parts will be released.
However, if the conclusion of root cause analysis shows that this defect comes from a process operation (such as machining, thread rolling, etc.), it would mean that this may occur in the future.
This may be an isolated case, for instance, ajustment part or damaged part due to mishandling,
DECOMATIC shall provide this root cause analysis and this one shall be uploaded in this qualification.
