Thread major diameter (dimension 21 on dimensional test report):
As per EN2874, thread major diameter d max = D1min -0,025
D1min = 12 – 0,034 = 11,966, so, dmax = 11,966 – 0,025 = 11,941 mm
Hopefully, actual values are compliant to dmax = 11,941 mm.
Could you please consider this for next productions?
Salt spray test: 5 bolts were tested. As per ISO9154, clause 5.3.7, 100% of mfg batch should have undergone salt spray test for Acceptance. However, I do agree with LISI and Keith that a manufacturer cannot sell parts, which have seen salt spray fog. So, I agree with 5 bolts tested (sample size required for Qualification).
Which type of passivation has been carried out?

Nicolas, please review and correct the dimension requirement for the thread major diameter and check that your measurements for this are compliant.
We note that it is not possible to carry out 100% salt spray as it is a destructive test.
Please state the passivation method used for these parts.
