Conditions for initial qualification of EN3723-040 nuts under EN3752 technical specification:
• The manufacturing route mentions an external operation for desoxydation. The name of the subcontractor is not mentioned. Please provide ASD-CERT with this name and the corresponding certificate of conformity.

Response to the comment (see above) from Howmet Fixations Simmonds SAS, Saint Cosme and Vairai.
Desoxydation is not a significant operation , so it is the reason why we don’t mention the name of the subcontractor. Name of subcontractor was mentioned only for significant operation. All the flowcharts submitted to ASD/CERT was built on the same model , approximately 100 done since 2 years.
