FAIR, pages 4, 5 and 6: part name is wrong.
No double shear test results since this bolt is too short in length. Shall we have a chance to get double shear test results carried out on EN4136H060 bolts with sufficient length? Or similar parts?
EN4136H080:

Thank you for your comments. The manufacturer has responded as follows:
A corrected form 3 dimensional inspection form has been provided in the qualification report section.
Sample CoCs for longer parts have been provided in the qualification report section. The CoC for the 080 size is from 2019 but does provide evidence as requested.
