Checking through the submitted QTR data, I cannot seem to locate insert retention test being performed on any of the samples. Is this meant to be included as part of the QTR section?

thanks for your comment. The results of “insert retention” testing are shown in chapter 9.2 of the provided QTR. It shows the applied force and the result of the longitudinal position of the insert after test.
