    FPI for Acceptance: mfg batch size is 723 parts. As per ISO9152, tables 3 and 4, sampling plan for AQL = 0,065% shows a sample size equal to 200 since we have a down-arrow marked against [501 to 1200] mfg batch size. In test report, 80 parts were FP inspected. Could you please clarify?
    Metallography: we can see some crevices and laps on crest threads at magnification 100x. What are their dimensions?

    FPI for Acceptance: mfg batch size is 770 parts. As per ISO9152, tables 3 and 4, sampling plan for AQL = 0,065% shows a sample size equal to 200 since we have a down-arrow marked against [501 to 1200] mfg batch size. In test report, 80 parts were FP inspected. Could you please clarify?
    Metallography: we can see some crevices on crest threads at magnification 100x. What are their dimensions?

    EN3381-040014AF:

    In FAI report, thread major diameter tolerance is 3,86 to 4,00 mm. As per EN3381, maximum thread major diameter is equal to D1min – 0,025 = 4 – 0,022 – 0,025 = 3,953 mm.
    Hopefully, actual values are in line with this maximum. Could you just please take this into account?
