Happy with most of report, just some queries/observations would like answering:
– Material Certificate, ok with link for Nut material via SAM document. Struggling to see direct link between washer material cert to EN3638?
– No Dimension M on inspection report, presume done in process?
– Manufacturing Route doesn’t contain issue number and auditor stamp blurred.

– Material Certificate, ok with link for Nut material via SAM document. Struggling to see direct link between washer material cert to EN3638?
• In the chapter “Additional Documents” of this qualification report a part of the Router for the Washer is included with ID9516250, see also QTR, table 1.2 right column, page 5 of 40 for traceability). See enclosed the CoC AT1055598 ((see Manufacturing Conformity Certificate(s)) and CoC 78275 (see Additional Documents). On the COC 78275 the specification required was SAM0049 (highlighted in yellow). For traceability of the CoC see also the QTR, page 5 of 40. SAM0049 (see Additional Documents) requests EN3638 which is equivalent to AMS5525, see TR3791 (see Additional Documents) (highlighted in Yellow ).
– No Dimension M on inspection report, presume done in process?
• Dimension M is added on inspection report, see page 7 of 40 in the updated QTR No8830B in this qualification report.
– Manufacturing Route doesn’t contain issue number and auditor stamp blurred.
• Old document replaced and re-stamp applied.
