FPI and presence of locking element shall be checked against EN3004, tables 3 and 4.
Corresponding AQL is 0,065%
For FPI, no issue since 100% inspection has been carried out.
For the presence of locking element, could you please precise actual sample size?

The manufacturer “HFS” indicates upon inquiry that the presence of the self locking element was checked during the visual inspection, as stated in TC 1634921, rev 2,
page 1 of 4.
So the actual sample size is 200 peaces in the present case.
