=> EN3645 does not give any indication for VAD qualification, or recognition of Mil DTL 38999 VAD qualification, and there is noTR written by ASD committee available to support the topics .
=> Guidances have been formalized by ASD cert:

AS A SPECIFIC RULE DUE TO THE TECHNICAL CONTENT OF THE EN3645 AND MIL -DTL-38999/III
STANDARDS, ASD-CERT ACCEPTS THE QUALIFICATION OF MIL-QPL LISTED MANUFACTURERS AND
THEIR VAD´S BASED ON MIL-QPL LISTING FOR ABOVE MENTIONED STANDARD EN3645 ONLY.
MANUFACTURERS SHALL APPLY FOR QUALIFICATION AND PROVIDE THE DLA-APPROVED
DOCUMENTATION, WHICH WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE ANY CERTIFICATION IS GRANTED
3/ According CERT guidance, the DLA Approved evidence have been uploaded in order answer to VAD qualification requirement for Wire Master and Conesys Europe. ( VAD QPL listing dated 2/26/2024)
Doc appendix unreadable has been re uploaded
4/ Please to refer to EN3645 conesys qualification qualification, PQ742. Last rewneall in date of 12/09/2023 performed according EN3545-001, paragraphe 8.3.2. Recognition of MIL-DTL-38999 ( for maintenance of qualification)
No manufacturing deviation from PQ742.

Good afternoon,
the following information shall be provided:
– provide proof or a document, showing that companies Wire Masters and Conesys Europe are AS/EN9100 cetified
– in the QTP chapter you shall not refer to the MoM from ASD-CERT quality meeting, but refer to the right chapter of EN3645 and describe, how this qualfication is treated and which documents will be used. This should normally be formalized in a written QTP as it is like a contractual document.
– in the QTR chapter, a word document “Conesys Appendix” is aploaded which is not readible. Further I would expect to see the initil qualification documets or retention of qualification documents, used to introduce Wire Masers and Conesys Europe, to ensure that the assembly process conforms to that established at the original qualfied manufacturing site.
– in chapter for Manufacturing Process, you state their is a list of suppliers and subcontractors, but nothing is attached
– for the full chapter 3, the pre-setted text was not modified according to this qualification
– chapter 5 talks about conditions; which conditions sahll be met?
– it is not clear which manufacturing processes are applied by the two VAD´s (manufacturing route) or if FAI reports are available
