Cadmium plating: no information about stress relief heat treatment before cadmium plating. Could you please add this?
EN4129-040:
DC-2230300154 report deals with double shear test report. However, it is called out “Tensile test report”. In addition, in this report, rupture area indicated is thread area instead of shank area. Could you please investigate?
EN4073-030:
PFC indicates that Towerfield plating Limited is the subcontractor for cadmium plating whereas Metallium carried out cadmium plating actually. Could you please clarify?
EN3303-050:
In PFC, AIR9160 is called out for raw material. AIR9160 is one of raw material standard specified by TR3775 in connection with AIR9173. However, EN3303 calls out TR3775 for raw material. What are your thoughts on this?

Answer
Gillis uses the same thermal cycle for stress relief and de embrittlement ( 190° – 23 h ) in order to optimize their furnace load.
As EN 2133 requiers for stress relief a minimum of 4 h at 190° it is acceptable
The thermal curve for stress relief has been added in “additional document ”

Taping error , New report with tittle correction and fracture pictures showing the location of the facture location have been added in “additional document”

Answer :
Typing error , Towerfield was targeted at the beginning but could not assure the job, Metallium has been used as secound supplier. PFC has been also updated

Answer :
PFC has been updated with TR 3775 as standard specification. The TR 3775 call AIR 9173 which refers to AIR 9160 for composition
