Raw materials: apparently both basket and nut are manufactured thanks to similar 25CD4 steel strips (by cutting, stamping…).
Could you just please make the link between HFS’s raw material specification SAM0004/O and EN4269 raw material specification (TR3791)?
PFC: if I am not mistaken, we do not have any flow chart for basket manufacturing (we do have nut manufacturing and nut/basket assembly). Could you please clarify?

Please find below the feedback to answer to the 1st opened condition:
– EN4269 requests to supply material according to the TR3791
– The TR3791 requests to supply material according to EN2543 for rivet nuts in 25CD4
– Howmet Material procurement specification “SAM0004” requests to supply material according to EN2543 for 25CD4: see enclosed.
Please let me know if it allows to close this point,
I am waiting for the modification of the PFC to answer the 2nd point.

Dear Julien,
Regarding the condition relating to the cage’s flow chart , Geneviève answers this is included in the same operation “Nut + Basket assembly”, on the “Nut + Basket internal process” flow chart in p2 of the manufacturing flow chart.
Please let me know if this solves this condition or if you need additional.
