Conditions for initial qualification of EN2680-060 nuts under ISO5858 technical specification:
• The NADCAP chemical processing is expired, please provide ASD-CERT with a renewal from the subcontractor.
• There is no conformity about the angle “a” of EN2680 drawing requesting 8° minimum alignment in any direction from central position for the nut. Please provide the corresponding test results or a statement that this requirement is fulfilled.
• The manufacturing route mentions several subcontractors (PROTEC, Fluorotechnique, HFS Casablanca), please provide ASD-CERT with their EN9100 certificates.
