1. 1. Qualification Test Plan
   The MBR wrote
   “ Renewal, This qualification is for nut.
   “It concerns the nut reference EN4178…
   The EN 4178 is a Screw, pan head, six lobe recess
   1. corrected on the report it is a mistake.

   2. ACP006 Part 1 and Part 2
   MBR has to signed and stamp the ACP; this is missing.

   2. the signature is made with the stamp on the computer report on the website ASD CERT.

   3. Manufacturing Root
   Part of the Manufacturing Route are missing e.g.:
   – Material preparation
   – Shortening / Turning
   – Forging with Marking
   – Visual / Final inspection
   – Packaging
   3. The manufacturing route, it is not explicitly detailed, there are only frozen operation parameters , see section 7 of the report.
