    After downloading EN2928, this standard deals with:
    EN2928: Aerospace series – Bolts, double hexagon head, relieved shank, long thread, in heat resisting nickel base alloy NI-P100HT (Inconel 718), silver plated – Classification: 1275 MPa (at ambient temperature)/650 °C
    In column “Designation (or identifiers), it is written “050054” for EN2928.
    However, Test Report 777360, EN2928-050018 have been tested.
    In column “Designation (or identifiers), it is written “050054” for EN3613.
    However, on dimensional inspection report (for lot number 774673), EN3613-050018 have been tested.

    NOTE: 18 mm length code is the minimum length to perform tensile and fatigue tests as per EN2583, clauses 5.4.1 and 5.4.3. Fatigue test is only required for qualification.

    If I well understand, we consider renewals for EN2928-050 and EN3613-050 for all length codes.
    Is it right?

    • EN2928-050-Dimensional-Inspection-Report:
    As per ISO5855-2, for ISO MJ5x0,8 – 4h6h, we have:
    Major diameter: 4,85 to 5,00 mm
    Pitch diameter: 4,42 to 4,48 mm
    Minor diameter: 3,968 to 4,076 mm
    Could you explain why we have measured values in columns “min /max” and in column “remark” as
    well?

    Is it possible to have a glance on FPI report?

    ? EN3613-050:
    EN2928-050-Raw-Material-Cert is missing on ASD-CERT website (or I did not find it). Could you please add this one?
    EN3613-050018-CoC is missing on ASD-CERT website (or I did not find it). Could you please add this one? On this CoC, FPI report reference should appear, but as for EN2928-050, it might be not available. If it the case, is it possible to have a glance on FPI report?

      Sorry for delay response. We have just learned that you are expecting a reply from us from Christelle.

      1- Description of product is wrong for EN2928, you are right. If I am not mistaken, I didn’ t write designation manually, I chose the PQ number automatically. Philip, could you help to us fixed the designation of EN2928 on system.

      We chose and provide the documents these P/N’ s (EN2928-050018 & EN3613-050018) for renewal but yes, we consider renewals of EN2928-050 and EN3613-050 for all length.

      2- The dimensions in the remark column measurements correspond to pre coating values, other column min/max results for after plating values.

      3- I will send to Philip FPI report of EN2928-050, because I can’ t upload documents directly on ASD-CERT website.

      4- You can see EN2928-050 Raw material cert. in section 7 under Manufacturing Conformity Certificate, but other Raw material Cert. is missing, actually I sent this to Philip. Philip, Could you please add Rm Cert. for EN3613-050 ?

      5- Actually I sent this to Philip. Philip, could you please add CoC for EN3613-050 ?

      I will send to Philip FPI Report both of them.

    Raw materials certificates are in line with both EN2928 and EN3613.
    FPI reports are in line with EN standards, AQL = 0,065%, sample size required is: 200 parts. For both, LISI AEROSPACE sampled 1000 parts, which is tighter.

    Right title of EN2928 is: Aerospace series – Bolts, double hexagon head, relieved shank, long thread, in heat resisting nickel base alloy NI-P100HT (Inconel 718), silver plated – Classification: 1275 MPa (at ambient temperature)/650 °C.
