General Comments:
Due to the missing information regarding the mentioned Standard AS 44753 it is not possible to check and agree this manufacturing process. These standard is not listed in the Airbus data file. (Normmaster which is also used at Airbus commercial)
In addition it is not possible to have details of the technical specification and therefore I took the ASD-STAN technical specification used for such nut standards.

silver plated or uncoated .
Classification: 1 210 MPa (at ambient temperature)/730 °C . Technical specification;
Following the para’s. in EN3005 which are subject to “Forging process requirements”, evidence to the following subjects as referenced in the para. of EN 3005 should be given in the LISI report.
