    General Comments:
    Due to the missing information regarding the mentioned Standard AS 62302-62349 it is not possible to check and agree this manufacturing process. These standard is not listed in the Airbus data file. (Normmaster which is also used at Airbus commercial)
    In addition it is not possible to have details of the technical specification and therefore I took the ASD-STAN technical specification used for such nut standards.
    EN 3005
    Aerospace series .
    Nuts, self­locking, MJ threads, in heat resisting nickel base alloy NI­PH1302 (Waspaloy),
    silver plated or uncoated .
    Classification: 1 210 MPa (at ambient temperature)/730 °C . Technical specification;

    Following the para’s. in EN3005 which are subject of the crimping process , evidence to the following subjects as referenced in the para. of EN 3005 should be given in the LISI report.
    Para: 5.3.4; 5.4.2; 5.4.3;.5.4.4; 5.4.5 etc.

    Dimensional check of nut (drawing with dimensions before and after crimping)
    Figure or photos of Permanent set test; Test mandrel
    Figure or photos of crimping device including P/N of device and datum of last check.

    Information to which standard the tests were performed (e.g. Accelerated Vibration test to ISO 8642 or equivalent as referenced in EN 3005)

    Clarification required regarding the designation in on different P/N ( part designations)
    Standard referenced in the Lisi document 27-888 show AS 62300-62349; The LISI report ref.25071996677, Self Locking Torque Test make reference to AS 62302.

      I checked this day at LISI this file, and I validate it.
