This qualification deals with A286 bolts, silver plated.
Could you please correct ASD-CERT’s qualification designation?
QTR EF / NA27 881 Issue 1 :
§4.1 :
EN3912 specifies :
EN 2786
Thickness:
thread: 3 ?m to 6 ?m shall be measured at the pitch diameter;
other areas shall show complete coverage, without thickness requirement.
Could you please confirm that thickness found about 6 µm was measured at pitch diameter location?
§ 4.2 :
EN2786 specifies: “After visual examination, the parts or test pieces shall be subjected to one of the following adhesion tests,
EN 2828, EN 2830 or any other adhesion test that is agreed.”
In QTR, we do not know what adhesion test method standard has been used.
For both §4.1 and 4.2, is it possible to have some pictures showing results?

The title has been changed to A286!
For the processing thickness on the report, you have the average value.
This measurement is made on micrographic sample piece as you can see on the report, so all thickness dimensions are present including the pitch diameter.
4.2
The adhesion test is carried out according to EN2786.
4.1 and 4.2, No more sorry pieces for photos.
the test results in the report are in conformity no defect was found
