I have reviewed the report and have following observations:
– I cannot see the declaration of conformity and any quality issues – Can this be added to additional documents?
– I cannot see evidence of volume produced in last qualification period – Can this be added to additional documents?
– QTR PVE 182-224 – Appendix 1 shows non-conforming measurements of ØC for several samples. Can these be reviewed, why are these non-conforming?
– Can TE letter of proposal to undertake full requalification at next renewal be added?
Proposal to undertake full requalification is accepted per discussions at ASD-Cert Electrical domain meeting 22/02/25. Accepted based on TE’s confirmation of no changes to manufacturing route, lack of quality issues and evidence of maintenance testing provided.
