QTR, NDT section:
MPI cannot be carried out on these nuts since they are made out of A286 CRES, which is a non-magnetic grade. Could you please check this?
Hopefully, PFC mentions FPI, which is consistent with material grade.
Could you please check if we have MPI or FPI on Acceptance Test Report (if there is an existing one)?
Rivet holes dimension:
There is a mistake in EN3750: this dimension is equal to diameter “5 0/+0,2 mm”.
For anchor nut diameter range from 3 to 6 mm, rivet hole dimension is generally 2,5 mm 0/+0,2 mm.
It should be great to correct EN3750 in that way. Hopefully, actual rivet hole dimensions are compliant to 2,5 0/+0,2 mm requirement.
Reusability test over 5 cycles at ambient temperature:
Seating torque written down in QTR is 1,24 N.m instead of 2,4 N.m.
QTR, “SUMMARY OF RESULTS”:
Push-out test: we do have a requirement of 360 N minimum and this test is compliant (see p.28).
At page 28, clause 6.6, we can read: “Not applicable on fixed nuts”.
It should be: not applicable to corner nuts.
What are your thoughts?
Many thanks in advance
Best regards, Julien

The raw material so we are not able to perform magnetic particle, NDT performed was Fluorescent particle inspection. QTR was updated see new document enclosed

I will inform ASD STAN of the mistake .

It was a mistake in the QTR , the test was done and it is compliant . See the QTR updated enclosed
