  1. I have the following comments:
Dimensional Report – Presume for different batch than have test results for?
    – No mention of thread size or checks
    – Squareness of Bearing Surface
    – Wrench engagement check
No pictures of marking of part or note of compliance to labelling/packaging.
I understand this are all production acceptance requirements

  2. Before going deeper into the comments, I would like to point out what is stated in the chapter “Substantiation by analogy” of this report:
“The “Nut” (EN2882-100) is a qualified product (PQ587), materials, designs and manufacturing processes and locations are still identical and is currently in production. Renewal qualification has been performed to verify compliance with the Standards and Technical Specification.

And during the past period there have been no customer complaints, see statement in the “Supplementary Document” of this report and also the “Sales” document EN2882-100″

Re-qualification by analogy can be used to reduce the amount of required testing.
See for the statements above the AS9133, point 8.1″

Because of what is written here, several quoted comments have already been answered.

Dimensional Report – Presume for different batch than have test results for?

The Production Lot has a Quantity of 2.995 peaces, gives a sample size of 125 peace’s, as mentioned in the “Dimensional” column. These 125 products were randomly selected from the complete batch, as well as the 20 products mentioned in the QTR7393 were also chosen separately (extra) from the production lot.

    – No mention of thread size or checks.
In my opinion, this is not entirely correct. The QTP in the qualification report clearly indicates that this is the NUT EN2882-100. Section 5.5 in the QTP refers to the Dimensions.
It has been indicated by the manufacturer that no changes have taken place in the manufacture after the last qualification, in accordance with AS9133, point 8.1 it can be assumed that the screw bearing is still in conformity with the stipulations in the definition document.

    – Squareness of Bearing Surface
This value is measured during the dimensional measured values and is in accordance with the

    – Wrench engagement check.
ISO5858 point 5.5.3 refers to tables 11 and 12 for product acceptance, so this comes down to a sample size of 125 pieces with an AQL of 1%.
ISO5858 point 5.5.3 refers in this case to an Inspection and test method for ‘Female gauge’. The NUT EN2882-100 does not have a female gauge, but it meets the “male” requirements. See point F in the QTR7393.
The dimensions and any deviations in form and position, measured at ambient temperature, shall be within the limits specified in the definition document.
Suitable limit gauges or measuring instruments.
What is clearly the case here is the combination QTR7393 and Test report 15531170, rev 1 (Dimensional column).

To clearly indicate, two photos of the marking have been placed in the Additional Documents chapter to give an idea that everything is certainly in accordance with the standard.
