PFC: TR3775 is called out in PFC whereas EN3832 specifies only EN2952 or EN3666. Could you please fix this?
EN3832-080: shall we have heat treatment, surface treatment and fluorescent penetrant reports please?

For FPI, laps on threads were detected on 50 parts. Therefore, these parts were rejected.
On the one hand, in general, when the number of nonconforming items is equal or greater than the rejection number (which is 1 here), the lot shall be considered not acceptable (see ISO2859-1).
On the other, EN3833, clause 5.5.5 states that “Cracked bolts and those having discontinuities transverse to axis (i. e. at an angle more than 10° to the longitudinal axis) shall be rejected and destroyed.”
At the end, since bolts with laps on threads were discarded, this lot has been considered acceptable.
Is my interpretation correct?
Did you carry out some further investigations on this batch to make sure that remaining bolts (138 parts) were free from similar defects?

Yes interpretation is correct. %100 inspection performed on the batch. Defective parts scrap, remaining quantity free from discountioniosuly (lap, cracks, etc.) Also we performed mechanical test, visual inspection on the part. There is no any nonconformity.
