the following information are missing:
– no quality system information (EN9100) are uploaded
– a signed QTP is missing, clearly stating what changes will be implemented, what is the impact and which QTP will be applied including sampling.
– the update manufacturing route is missing which lists the new supplier and which confirms that the compound remains unchanged
