I have identified a deviation and I would like to have clarification.
EN3646-001 requests to perform test EN2591-303 (refer to table 16)
QTP requests to perform test EN2591-305.

thanks for your message.
Indeed, there is a discrepance between EN3646-001 and TE QTP for the renewal:
– EN3646-001 table 16 for maintenance of qualification ask to perform test EN2591-303
– TE QTP for maintenance of qualifciation ask to perform test EN2591-305
The discrepancy can be justified as follows:
– EN3646-001 shows test EN2591-303 as “Not applicable” in the list of tests
– Further test EN2591-303 is asking to perfrom “Insulation resistance test” at the end, but no resistance value is defined in EN3646-001 (like it is done in EN3645 or EN2997).
– we have group consensus at ASD-STAN to replace EN2591-303 by EN2591-305 in next revision of EN3646-001
– this new rule to perform test EN2591-305 was already applied during renewal of PQ157 for connectors EN3646 from Souriau and was agreed before in related Souriau QTP JQP2021-001-AM.
