  1. Conditions for qualification MCR of EN3730, EN4113 and EN4115 clamps under technical specification prEN3078:
    • Technical specification EN3078 seems to be cancelled at AFNOR. prEN3078 has been used to review this qualification. An action to ASD-STAN D3 WG2 should be made in order to re activate EN3078 technical specification.
    • Please provide evidence or a statement to ASD-CERT that all the parts manufactured after the move to the new Romorantin plant in 2018 (according to documents in QTP) are compliant with prEN3078 as well as all additional tests requested by Heinrich Hackmann from Cassidian (now Airbus Defence and Space) during the ASD-CERT qualification 202-2 issue 2, done in 2013. This Heinrich Hackmann’s qualification 202-2 issue 2 is shown in the QTR. The documents included in the manufacturing route folder, show dates in 2016, therefore before the move to the new plant in 2018. The FAI documents do not show evidence of compliance to additional tests (salt mist, vibrations, Fire resistance, Axial load for diameter retention, thermal shock test, etc.)
    • The change of manufacturing route document signed by L. UZAC is a statement with no date. Please add a date on this document to prove that it has been established after the move in 2018.
    • Please provide ASD-CERT with evidence that there have been no complaints from customers with the products manufactured after the move to the new plant in 2018.
    • Please provide ASD-CERT with photos of marking on all the finished clamps.
    • Please provide ASD-CERT with valid EN9100 and NADCAP (if relevant) certificates for all the sub-contractors mentioned in the FAI files for special processes (ALMET, DEC, ADDIX, APERAM, REVETECH, STACEM, RVT…)
    • Please provide ASD-CERT with photos of labelling and packaging of similar clamps showing the good preservation of these clamps.

  2. 1. Christelle has written to ASD STAN, asking for the technical specification to be reactivated.
    2. An updated statement has been provided. The manufacturer said that the supplementary tests were not carried out as the parts were unchanged and therefore will still meet the requirements of the supplementary tests.
    3. New versions of the FAIs have been provided by the manufacturer so I have removed the previous versions and replaced them with the new versions.
    4. The manufacturing route statement has now been signed and dated.
    5. The new statement now includes that there have been no customer complaints since the factory move.
    6. Part marking photos have been added.
    7. Sub-contractor certificates have been added to the additional documents section.
    8. Photos of the labelling and packaging have been added to the report.
