1. Conditions for qualification renewal of EN2865-050 nuts under ISO5858 technical specification:
   • The manufacturing route mentions an external operation for desoxydation. The name of the subcontractor is not mentioned. Please provide ASD-CERT with this name and the corresponding certificate of conformity.
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of the marking.
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of labelling of similar products.
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of packaging of similar products.
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with value results for 80% and 100% axial load tests as requested for acceptance in the technical specification. Is it in ASD-CERT report 787 from 2020?
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with hardness values as requested for acceptance in the technical specification. Is it in ASD-CERT report 787 from 2020?
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with single test values (self-locking torque and breakaway torque) as requested for acceptance in the technical specification. Is it in ASD-CERT report 787 from 2020?

2. • The manufacturing route mentions an external operation for desoxydation. The name of the subcontractor is not mentioned. Please provide ASD-CERT with this name and the corresponding certificate of conformity.

   Desoxydation is not a significant operation , so it is the reason why we don’t mention the name of the subcontractor. Name of subcontractor was mentioned only for significant operation. All the flowcharts submitted to ASD/CERT was built on the same model , approximately 100 done since 2 years.

   In the QTR test report 14332385 see data in the box named “ traction/ RT tensile” sheet 1. The first 5 results are axial load measured at 80% and the other 5 values are axial load measured at 100%.

   • Please provide ASD-CERT with hardness values as requested for acceptance in the technical specification. Is it in ASD-CERT report 787 from 2020?

   The locking torque results can be found on Test report 14332385, sheet 4 of 4 in the table Couple d’autofreinage et reutilization / torque effectivity & reutilization see box “1er cycle vissage”:

   (1) : max locking torque
   (2) : seating torque applied on the assembly
   (3) : min breakaway torque

   Tests were performed on 5 samples as required in IS0 5858.
