Conditions for initial qualification (ACP-003) of EN3435-040 nuts under ISO5858 technical specification:
• 2 Quality Management System Certificates have expired. Please upload updated certificates to ASD-CERT website.
• Reusability test as per 5.6.7.2.1 of ISO5858. The test was done for 5 cycles only while ISO5858 requests 15 cycles. Please provide ASD-CERT with the justification of this choice. Is this a stainless steel material linked to note m in ISO5858? No justification is found in the QTP and QTR.
• Packing. Please provide ASD-CERT a photo of parking with similar product

– QMS Cert: Updated => ok
– Reusability test => only 5 cycles according to ISO5858 for stainless steel material A286 – see material CoC + QTR p6 => ok
– Packing => packing and labelling were controlled with success during audit => ok
