There are some data omissions that are not explained (I cannot see the explanation). i.e.:
Cannot find Raw Material CoCs from suppliers for all components in EN4604-009 Table 1.
Test -503 Braid elongation value not included.
-513 Deformation resistance includes attenuation information but the samples were too short. Acknowledge that the short samples are discussed under ‘Particular Remarks’ para (Appx H) in the data pack but the conclusions/actions need to be directed to ASD-STAN. The results do not state why the explanation makes the testing acceptable.
-703 indicates ‘marking permanence as not applicable’ but it should clarify why (i.e. because marking is situated between shield & jacket). This should be explained in the data.
Web para 8 (ACP005 form 02) has “EN4604-010” in the title (should be “-009”) & is loaded twice?

Coc is enclosed as example. I have checked the others during the audit, but no copy has been done since Nexans considers these documents as confidential
Test -503 Braid elongation value not included.
Braid elongation measurement was missing : additional test report is enclosed (PV-1088-19-KW) ; results are repeatable (6 measurements in a same tolerance range) and compliant
-513 Deformation resistance includes attenuation information but the samples were too short.
Comments -513 : means that the variation of the attenuation is negligible in the conditions of the test. The Nexans KW attenuation is not sensitive to tyraps. (see enclosed curves).

Marking by PTFE tape is defined in the manufacturing route and in the Management Plan
