  1. Some tests are missing as EN6059-502 arc resistance (not limited to). It is mandatory to justify why some tests have not been done as requested by EN6059-007.

    1. This is a renewal and therefore only the batch test requirements are required unless there have been any issues since the last renewal or qualification. In this case there have been no issues and hence only batch acceptance has been carried out. Tests such as the EN6059-502 arc resistance test are not part of the batch acceptance testing requirement.

    2. Paul
      thank you for the clarification
however the Mandated body’s report states that after the audit visit and its review ” manufacturing and testing facilities having not been subjected to any significant changes since previously visited”
What are the identified changes since the initial qualification (are they design , manufacturing process, material changes?)
It is not possible to find what was the “not significant changes” impacted since the initial audit through the provided documents.
The Mandated report shall the delta changes and shall capture or highlight them in its report or ask manufacturer to clearly identified them through a support document.

    1. Pierre, I believe this was just the standard words that Steve used I have now received the following conformations in writing from Federal-Mogul

“I confirm that the product design has not been changed in construction or raw materials.”

“• The plant is at the same location
      • The machines used are the same
      • The same control parameters apply”

I hope this provides the conformation you required to accept the report.
